General Meeting
August 29, 2003
Meeting called to Order at 7:00 p.m. by Chapter Vice-President – Jerry Woodard
In Attendance (14 members present for a quorum)

National President’s Report – Tom Sweeney
| Tom indicated that there is still time to register for the National Tournament but you need to do so immediately. |
| Currently, there are 94 Pro Duffers registered (and 56 Spouses or Significant Others)…Objective is to have 140 Registered Players |
| There are 11 SW Pro Duffers registered (including Eddie Manderville) |

Tournament Committee* – Jerome Caulk
| Tournament Director Jerome Caulk reported a balance of $3,372. Report accepted as information only. |
| Uniforms for the Championship Tournament will be: the NEW Navy Blue Shirt and Khaki pants on Saturday; Yellow Shirt and Blue Pants on Sunday. |
2003 Benefit Tournament – Russ Cuffee
| Chairman Cuffee reported that the Benefit tournament was an overwhelming success and this sentiment was echoed by the members present. |
| A profit was made in the amount of $9,488.79 |
