The meeting was called to order by Mr. Jerry Woodard, Vice President 7:20 P.M.

The agenda was distributed.

Members president: Vernon Bland, Jerome Caulk, Aric Cooper, Russ Cuffee, Dan Evans, Andy Flye, Calvin Harris, Leroy Harris, Larry Holbert, Joe Johnson, Warren Lee, Joe Long, Dan Mask, Eddie Mayberry, Malthus Northcutt, Roy Rogers, Russell Satchell, Thomas Sweeney, Bill Turnley, and Jerry Woodard.

The 10^th Annual Labor Day Weekend Golf Classic, sponsored by the Y’s Men’s Club and the Atlanta Pro Duffers will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 1^st and 2^nd, 2001 at the Brownsmill Golf Club in Atlanta, Georgia.

The host hotel is the Renaissance Concourse in Atlanta, Georgia.

                  $140.00 from August 28 – September 1, 2001.

The 29^th Annual Walter Evans Memorial Sickle Cell Tournament will be Saturday and Sunday, September 1^st and 2^nd, 2001, at the Cottonwood Golf Course in Memphis, Tennessee.

Jerry Woodard and Russ Cuffee gave an update on all the activities that will take place during the three-day practice round and tournament.

New Business: Dan Mask reported that the Pro Duffers Southwest won Best Dressed Golfers at the Texas State Amateur Golf Tournament.  Congratulations.
