Call to Order

Meeting called to Order at 7:20 p.m. by Vice President – Jerome Caulk

A motion was made to accept the minutes from the August meeting.

National President’s Report – Tom Sweeney

	For additional and up-to-date information please visit our web site www.produffersusa.org.
	Presented chapter with issues surrounding the National convention which was canceled due to server weather conditions (Hurricane Ivan).
	The national event was postpone to the week of Oct 27- 31, 2004
	2005 Spring Fling will be held in Williamsburg VA

Financial report – Truman Thomas

	The financial report was presented for information only.
	A discussion was held on the projected budget.
