Meeting called to Order at 7:10 p.m. by Vice President Jerome Caulk

2004 Benefit Tournament Russ Cuffee
| Things are moving along and going well. |
| Emphasized how important it is to get players to register very early this year |
| Contract signed with the Motor Speedway racing. Note the name has changed. |
| Customized benefit packages as well as generic ones are now available. Remember this is a key to obtain sponsorship. |

Junior Golf J. Caulk
| Presented Schedules for The first Tee 2004 summer programs. |
| The 2nd Sunday of every month is the Leonard Jones Golf Clinic. Requesting Pro Duffers to participate by assisting. |
