Pro Duffers Golf Club Contingency takes 2nd in Charity Event |
| "The Bridge" hosted there
annual charity event on Monday April 16, 2007 at Prestonwood Country
Club. Truman Thomas, George Sparks, Welby Ina and Tom Sweeney
represented the Pro Duffers Golf Club, Southwest Chapter.
Chaired by our own Clyde Henderson the tournament and proceedings were flawless. A scorecard play off determined the winner at 13 under par. Not to belittle the first place teams effort but a POCKET FULL of MULLIGAN'S by each player goes a long way on a short ball. |

| It was a pleasure to be selected as a participant. Great fun was had by all but the real beneficiaries of this event are the uninsured, underprivileged who will be able to get the necessary diagnostic testing for breast cancer. | |
